Terms and Conditions for Joining the Partisia Community

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership and participation in the Partisia Community (the "Community"), operated by Partisia or its affiliates ("we", "us", "our"). By registering, accessing, or using Community channels, platforms, events, or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not join or participate.

Eligibility and Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to join.

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Be constructive: avoid spam, trolling, or repeated off-topic posts.

Prohibited Content

• Content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or confidential is prohibited.

• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with Partisia.

Enforcement

• We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or terminate accounts, remove content, and restrict access for violations.

• Decisions are final subject to any applicable appeal process described in Community policies.

User Content and Intellectual Property

Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you create and post, subject to the license below.

License to Community

• By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content for Community operations, promotion, and archival purposes.

Third-Party Rights

• You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to post the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

Privacy and Data

Privacy Practices

Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to join the Community in the 12 months preceding the claim, or a nominal amount if no fee was paid.

Termination and Suspension

Termination by You

• You may terminate your membership at any time by following the account closure procedures.

Termination by Us

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons.

• Upon termination, certain provisions (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) survive.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice in Community channels. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the Community’s legal notices or, if none is specified, by the laws of the country where Partisia is incorporated.

Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be resolved by the process set out in the Community’s legal notices, which may include negotiation, mediation, or arbitration. You agree to follow the specified dispute resolution procedures before pursuing litigation.

Miscellaneous

Severability

• If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental Community rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Partisia regarding Community participation.
